Richard Mack began his nearly 20 year career in law enforcement as a police officer in Provo, Utah. After moving up to Detective over his eleven years with that department, he decided relocate to Arizona where he grew up, and run for Graham County Sheriff. He was elected to that office in 1988, serving two terms which ended in 1997, winning numerous awards for his service during that period.
Sheriff Mack is internationally known for challenging the Constitutionality of the Brady Bill, and winning a great victory for States’ rights and the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution at the U.S. Supreme Court. Now, as the Founder of Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers’ Association (www.cspoa.org), he is the leading advocate for Sheriffs learning the true scope of their position, as the highest law enforcement authority within their counties, This is going to be an extremely important understanding for Sheriffs all over the U.S. as the threat of medical martial law looms in America, and the prospect of suspending God-given rights guaranteed by the Constitution because of a declared (medical) “emergency” becomes a very real possibility in our immediate future.
Sheriff Mack knows our unalienable rights cannot be set aside by government, because those rights do not belong to government to take or give.
