On this Sunday's show, I will be talking with returning guest Dr. Gabriel Cousens (www.treeoflifecenterus.com), on the subject of Holistic Veganism. Dr. Cousens will introduce us to the concept of harmlessness, or "ahimsa" as the old yogis called it, and why it matters what kind of energy your food brings into your body. Implications for long term health, disease and what is called "old age" will be explored, and how lifestyle can prevent many health problems from ever showing up, as well as reversing the ones that may be affecting us now. Dr. Cousens will also talk about how lifestyle choices can help raise our immunity to the programs our rulers are running against us, as they pursue their bid for world control and destruction of life. We will talk with Dr. Cousens about what we can do on the physical level to get back in contact with parts of ourselves we have forgotten existed, but which could make a difference to the fate of our world if we get them back again.
