When Dara Berger (www.daraberger.com) was Lost Arts Radio about eight months ago, talking about her new book (https://youtu.be/vcdKGxqi8cY), we got an inside look from a parent of an autistic child, at what kind of factors and experiences lead up to autism and what can be done to reverse the process. Because of Dara's diligent study and application of what she learned, her son regained his lost speech, and now enjoys a quality of life that would have been impossible had Dara been willing to believe that autism is incurable.
What Dara learned and applied with her own son, she also used to upgrade her own lifestyle and daily habits, and she then shared her insights with the public in her great book How To Prevent Autism (www.howtopreventautism.org).
In honor of Autism Awareness Month in the U.S. and International Autism Awareness Day on April 2nd, Dara will visit us again this Sunday for an update on her activities and plans, as well as a review of the important lessons she shared in her book. Not only anyone with an autistic child, but anyone with a physical body they care about will be interested in this show. What Dara discovered prevents (and helps to cure) autism, will also be beneficial for anyone dealing with their own health challenges, who wants to maximize their health in today's world. Even with all the pollutants and radiation we are all dealing with, a much higher state of energy and health is still possible. Dara's going to talk about some of the most important details to know and implement in our own lives.

The Saturday live show, which allows listeners to call and participate and has been audio only up to now, changes to a new, full-video format in January 2018. For several important reasons, it will take the form of a private, members-only "club." This will allow me to say more on the air in response to personal questions and real individual situations you are experiencing, than on a show open to the public. The small membership dues for this club will help us keep operating, and will go to the non-profit Lost Arts Research Institute, to build our school as soon as possible.
The school will be an actual physical facility where what we talk about on Saturdays can be demonstrated and experienced. It will reach more people who need alternatives for health and life that work. It will serve people who are tired of making the same mistakes in food and lifestyle every day without understanding how to avoid the unnecessary pitfalls of "aging," low energy, sickness, depression, the usual things that go with a standard American diet and lifestyle.
